A system sized from a satellite photo, or a battery that is not wired to run the house in a blackout, is a common result. Ask for these before you sign anything, with us or anyone.
Whether anyone has seen the roof and the board
Ask whether a licensed electrician looked at the switchboard, roof condition, access and shading, or whether it was sized remotely.
Which circuits the battery backs up
A battery only helps in a blackout if it is wired to supply the house. Ask which circuits it will run.
The cyclone rating on the racking
Roof mounting in North Queensland has a cyclone rating. Ask what yours is rated to.
Who does the Ergon connection and the paperwork
Grid connection needs an application and approval. Ask who lodges it and what happens while you wait.

The federal Cheaper Home Batteries Program offers a discount on eligible battery systems. We work any rebate you qualify for into your quote and handle the paperwork.
Can I add a battery to my existing solar?
Often yes, depending on your inverter and setup. We check compatibility at the site visit and let you know your options.
Who designs the system?
A licensed electrician, from the first visit. That means the technical detail of your site and system is understood from day one.
